Echelon: A Decentralized Autonomous Organization(DAO) in a class of its own.

What is a DAO?

A Decentralized Autonomous Organization is an open-source, transparent and, in theory, incorruptible form of organization governed by smart contracts and fixed protocols. All transactions of the organization are recorded and maintained on a blockchain. It helps tackle an age-old principal-agent dilemma which happens when the agent of an organization has the power to make decisions on behalf of, or impacting, the principal. This dilemma usually occurs when an agent acts in his own interests in contrast to that of the organization.

Enter Echelon DAO

The Echelon DAO consists of the main team and token holders (essentially, board members) and is thus known as an assembly type DAO where a large number of members interact in decision making with an agency via smart contracts. The only governing law present in the Echelon DAO is the decentralized and transparent protocol and smart contracts regulating the actions taken by the Echelon team and none other.

All decisions made in or by the Echelon DAO will first be proposed and voted on by the Echelon DAO team members and community token holders and then implemented by the Echelon team through following certain fixed protocols.

Echelon DAO Roadmap

One of the first projects the Echelon DAO will work on is an innovative PancakeSwap fork called echoSwap. This updated fork will include added benefits and features including impermanent loss solutions, slippage solutions and many more.

Native Token: ECHO

ECHO is the governance and utility token of Echelon DAO. Each individual ECHO represents one governance voting right on the Echelon DAO and enables the Echelon DAO to function in a fully decentralized manner with no central authority making decisions regarding the DAO’s actions and products. Participating ECHO users will also receive incentives for the input into the DAO.

With an updated approach to Oxbull.Tech’s IDO model, Pre-sale would be categorized only into 3 groups:

Tier 1: Guaranteed

Tier Allocation: 850 BNB

For a Guaranteed participation of the ECHO IDO, Investors would be required to already be STAKING THE EITHER before 0000 Coordinated Universal Time(UTC), 28th March 2021:

• OXB/BNB LiquidityPool with more than 4,000 OXB staked continuously prior to project launch

OR

• OXB-OXB farm with more than 8,000 OXB staked continuously prior to project launch

Will have 12 hours guaranteed buying time on the 30th March 1600 UTC onwards.

Contributions will be minimum 1BNB, Max 3.5 BNB per address.

Tier 2: Whitelisting

Tier Allocation: 50 BNB

Investors currently STAKING a minimum of 4,000 OXB in the OXB/OXB farm prior before 0000 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC), 31st March 2021 to be qualified for the Whitelist.

Qualified investors shall have buying time on the 31st March 2021 between 1400–1430 UTC on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE (FCFS) basis.

Contributions will be minimum 0.5 BNB, Max 2 BNB per address

Each qualified address will only be eligible for ONE transaction.

Tier 3: Exclusive for Echelon Community

Tier Allocation: 100 BNB

Echelon community members (Whitelisted) shall have buying time on the 31st March 2021 between 1430–1500 UTC on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVE (FCFS) basis.

Contributions will be minimum 0.5 BNB, Max 1 BNB per address

Each qualified address will only be eligible for ONE transaction.
